Bradley Method® Classes

Alexandria Regional Center for Women's Health and Development located in Alexandria, Egypt offers ante-natal Bradley Method® classes for expectant mothers and their husbands as a coaches. These classes focus on natural techniques to manage labor and birth without the use of medication or medical interventions.

Women learn how to work with their bodies in labor and men learn how to support, encourage, and bond with his wife and baby making a new family.
